Safety Insurance

Tree Top Surgery Ltd offers 100% Comprehensive insurance.
Every client gets an email or paper copy of this prior to any stick being cut.

Our insurance has three elements.
1. Public Liability – all potential damage covered.
2. Employers – fully covered
3. Personal accident – this cements the 100% cover. We carry this as an extra cover for the client, our employers and ourselves, despite it being a part of the above elements.
It is as exactly as it says:
We can’t claim from you under any circumstances.

All safety equipment, PPE (gloves, chainsaw pants, chainsaw boots, helmet etc.), warning signs in place.

To sum up, above all, Tree Top Surgery has the most comprehensive insurance which fully protects your interest. 

Apex Insurance is my insurer.
If you have any doubts about the safety of our work, we encourage you to contact Marie O Keeffe. She is always available to explain everything.

Payments

We will give you a price within 2 – 3 days or onsite based on work to be done. If we agree on the cost of the work, we can give you a date of commencement which is usually within a few weeks.

Payment is usually taken in full once the job is completed before I leave the site.

No deposit or payments in advance are required unless otherwise agreed.
